How do you keep prices low?
The Stufforium will try to keep prices as low as possible for the customer. Please take into account all prices include shipping costs.
Why do you have different shipping rules for different products?
This is one of the methods used to help keep costs down which can be passed on to the customer. The shipping methods offered will depend on the size of the product and where it is being shipped from. Every item will clearly state its shipping method.
Why do you have different return rules for different products?
The Stufforium sells items directly as well as from various distributors and naturally they will each have unique return policies. All you need to do is find the return policy listed under each item, it is recommended you read this first and make sure you are happy with the policy before purchasing the product.
What types of items do you sell?
The Stufforium specialises in selling Books & Trading Cards and you will also find other collectables and bits and bobs! These items will be from big name franchises such as Pokemon, Dragonball, One Piece, Stranger Things, Digimon and Barbie. But you will also find items from great smaller names too.
What condition are your items in?
The Stufforium sells a mix of pre-loved and brand new items. If an item doesn't say its pre-loved then its brand new. A pre-loved item description will always contain details explaining the items condition as well as photographs to back up the description.
Trading card conditions will always clearly be stated with traditional grading methods (Excellent, Near Mint, Mint etc).
Signed Books, Trading Cards and other Collectables
If an item says that it has been signed, if and The Stufforium has proof that the signature is authentic this will be supplied. If there isn't any proof then the item is sold that it is 'likely to have been sold by the signature named but The Stufforium is making no guarantees'. Please use your own good judgment and research and The Stufforium will provide all of the knowledge it has about the source.
Where is your stock located?
The Stufforium has stock in its own storage facility and also sells stock from various trusted sources who hold the stock. It will always be clearly communicated with you where the stock is coming from in the rare case there may be an issue to resolve. The Stufforium works closely with all of its partners so any such issue can be resolved clearly and quickly.
Can The Stufforium be trusted?
Although The Official Stufforium shop that you are currently on was launched at the end of 2025, The Stufforium has been trading since 2013 under the registered company Stuffhere Projects Ltd. It has sold through Card market, ebay and Vinted offering a reliable option with plenty of good feedback (which you can see for yourself clicking any of the above!) The Stufforium has also sold at fairs and conventions.
Can I work with The Stufforium?
The Stufforium is always interested to work with new partners who have products to sell.
